遗传病、罕见病基因检测导读:
张爱军,教授, 国际有很高知名度生殖专家。擅长卵母细胞浆内单精子注射、体外受精-胚胎移植、胚胎活检、胚胎冷冻、自存精子冷冻等各项辅助生殖技术实验室技术。现任上海交通大学附属瑞金医院妇产科学博士生导师。
张爱军教授简介:
张爱军,生殖医学中心实验室主任,副主任技师,1998年毕业于山东大学生命科学院细胞及分子生物学专业。从事人类辅助生殖技术实验室工作至今,掌握胚胎学、生殖医学、遗传学等专业理论知识,熟练卵母细胞浆内单精子注射、体外受精-胚胎移植、胚胎活检、胚胎冷冻、自存精子冷冻等各项辅助生殖技术实验室技术。作为主要技术骨干,早期参与了瑞金医院生殖医学中心的设计和筹建;中心建成之后,认真完成实验室各项质控工作,同时培训相关技术人员,为顺利开展临床工作奠定了良好的基础。在迎接卫生部专家的评审与复评审工作中,尽职尽责,使生殖医学中心顺利通过卫生部的检查,获得开展人类辅助生殖技术的资质做出了突出贡献。工作中建立了系统有效的实验室质控程序和严格的胚胎发育潜能评估系统,取得了良好的临床效果。平时积极配合临床,开展新技术、新项目,不断丰富临床诊断资料,其中改良机械法辅助孵化透明带切口方式改善卵母细胞浆内单精子注射方式的研究,作为新技术分别在中华医学成立大会和亚洲男科学大会上交流。曾先后到新加坡国立大学和香港中文大学生殖中心参观学习。作为课题负责人,目前承担上海市科委自然基金课题1项;作为主要研究人员,参与国家自然基金和上海市科委重大课题各1项,近3年在国家核心期刊发表相关学术论文10余篇。曾获2004年度瑞金医院先进员工奖。
